Savills is pleased to announce the appointment of Annie Bing Wang, who assumes the role of Director - China for Savills Hotels.  

Annie assumes the role in March 2015 and will be based in Savills Beijing office. She will oversee the Hotels business line with a focus on China where she has over 10 years of hospitality consulting experience. Originally from Shanan Xi Provence, Annie has made her base in Beijing and is well connected and experienced in dealing with hotel developers and investors across China. 

Formally Managing Director of HVS Beijing, Annie was responsible for the Beijing office operation, hotel market studies and financial feasibility studies, operator selections, hotel evaluations, performance reviews, brand development and strategic analysis in the hotel consulting and valuation practice. Her portfolio of hotel development experience spans over 50 cities across China. Annie also worked closely with the China Tourism Academy, editing and publishing China Hotel Investment Watch 2014 which served as an important indicator of the investment climate in the Chinese hotel market.

Earlier in Annie's career, she worked for CBRE Hotels China, Horwath HTL and Beijing Rep office of the American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational Institute. Annie holds a Masters of Science degree in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey, UK and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Marketing from the Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, China.
