The Teal Close site extends to 155 acres (62.7 hectares) and has planning permission with potential uses including the development of houses, offices, employment space, a primary school, hotel and ecology park.

Andrew Galloway, associate director, comments: "The delivery of this site will represent major progress for development across the East Midlands region, showing that investment in our area is strong. We are delighted to have been instructed to market such a significant site."

Victor Ktori, head of Savills Nottingham, adds: "Teal Close offers an exciting opportunity to develop a major site on the edge of Nottingham and we are expecting high levels of interest from both developers and investors."
