Savills has today (20th May 2015) announced the acquisition of specialist London commercial property management business Collier & Madge.

Collier & Madge has been established for 17 years and its 30 staff will join Savills with immediate effect, including CEO Paul Holmes and board members John Redfern, Christopher Carrick, Peter Deehan and Aron Feeley. Clients include Invesco Real Estate, Henry Boot, A&A Investments, City of London, Trust for London, GAT Investments, Dominvs, Schroders, Westmount Real Estate and Primary Health Properties.

Collier & Madge provides clients with a high level of service in all aspects of property management including financial, asset and facilities management and building surveying.
