The Charnwood Group, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold Cook Court a multi let office and industrial scheme in Cardiff. The property sold for £1.825 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 8.70%.

Situated on the Pacific Business Park in Cardiff the scheme offers 19,600 sq ft (1,827 sq m) of high quality office and industrial space set in a site of 0.90 acres (0.36 hectares). Over half of Cook Court is let to The National Autistic Society.

Ross Griffin, director in the investment team at Savills, Cardiff, comments: 'We are pleased to have sold Cook Court on behalf of our client. The office building is in a prominent location on Ocean Park let to strong covenants with further asset management opportunities. Well performing assets with easy access to Cardiff city centre continue to be in high demand with investors.'
