Specialist healthcare recruitment agency, Heath Staff Solutions, has agreed terms on a sub-lease in DEXUS Property Group's One Margaret Street building in Sydney.

In a deal negotiated by Savills agent Chris Roweand Knight Frank's Seann Cash, the two year sub-lease will see HSS take 153 square metres at an annual rental of circa $115,000 net.

Mr Rowe said the 18 level A Grade office tower, located in the western corridor of the Sydney CBD overlooking Barangaroo, and home of a DEXUS Place facility, was ideal for the tenant's purposes.

'Health Staff Solutions required a suite which offered a quality fit-out in a desirable location and which was appropriate to the firm's corporate image.

'One Margaret Street is a quality building with impressive services and an excellent energy rating in one of the CBD's best locations,' Mr Rowe said.

He said the building offered natural light and views of Barangaroo and Darling Harbour, while the location provided excellent staff amenities including shopping, coffee and dining destinations on the doorstep.
