Balvraid Properties Limited, advised jointly by Savills and Newman Commercial, has let Unit 7, Brunel Court on Severells Industrial Park in Colchester to YESSS Electrical.

The national electrical wholesaler has agreed to a new 10-year lease for the property, which totals 8,635 sq ft (802 sq m) and comprises office and trade counter space.

Phil Dennis, director of business space at Savills Chelmsford, comments: 'Brunel Court offers high quality trade counter space with excellent access to the A12 and the regional road network.'

Jeff Cowup, area director from YESSS Electrical, adds: 'We are delighted to have found suitable premises within Colchester and very much look forward to opening in early December to serve our growing customer base within the area.'

Balvraid are in the process of refurbishing Unit 6, which will provide 6,461 sq ft (600 sq m) of industrial/trade counter space and will be available for occupation by the end of November.
