Trinity Hall has recently received a detailed planning consent for a new office, laboratory and R&D building at 420 Cambridge Science Park, in the heart of Cambridge's northern cluster. Roebuck Merchants has been appointed as development managers and Savills has been instructed to market the scheme.

Located on the 152 acre (61.5 hectare) park, the building is set to comprise 49,770 sq ft (4,624 sq m) of specialist space designed to accommodate office, laboratory or R&D facilities over three levels. The scheme will also offer generous car and cycle parking, along with immediate access to the guided busway and proximity to Cambridge North railway station. Other on site amenity includes a health and fitness club, a coffee shop, restaurant and nursery.

The building will be available to pre-let as a whole or on a floor by floor basis.

Rob Sadler, head of office at Savills Cambridge, comments: 'Cambridge Science Park is a world leading campus, home to a number of highly esteemed global tech and bio tech companies. Ideal as an HQ location or multi let building, upon completion the space is set to provide high quality business accommodation. There continues to be a significant shortage of suitable, well located stock across the city and for this reason we expect to receive considerable interest from potential occupiers.'
