Savills Australia's Victorian Project Management team has appointed highly regarded Emma Schmutzer to the role of Project Manager.

A registered builder with a Master's Degree in project management, Ms Schmutzer has accumulated a wide range of skills and experience in master planning, design development, contract and construction documentation, and commissioning.

Savills National Director Project Management, Chris Adam, said Ms Schmutzer, who has previously worked with Monash College, DCA Design, and Flannery Shaw Architects, would work on a variety of projects with top level national firms.

'Emma's appointment is a welcome addition to the team bringing a wealth of knowledge to our business.

'She is a driven project manager with multi-faceted experience in the construction industry across a broad range of sectors on both small and large scale projects.

'That experience will complement the team's skill set and enhance the ability to provide first rate services to our clients,' Mr Adam said.

Ms Schmutzer will be based at Savills 140 William Street headquarters.
