Savills was last night awarded Residential Adviser of the Year for a second consecutive year at the 2017 Estates Gazette Awards. The gala ceremony was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's West End.

The awards, which celebrate the best in the property market both nationally and globally, were presented by comedienne Katherine Ryan to a packed room.

Richard Rees, head of UK Development, was there to accept the award and commented; 'We are thrilled to have won Residential Adviser for a second year running proving that our residential and development services are consistently best in class. The award is a testament to the dedication of all our residential teams across the UK business who have worked incredibly hard in what can often be a challenging market.'

Justin Marking, head of Global Residential says; 'I am delighted that our residential business has once again been recognised as being the best, both in London and the regions. The drive to ensure we provide outstanding service to buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords is paying off and being recognised, which is a great testament to everybody's hard work.'

Savills was also proud to be the headline sponsor of the event, and also sponsored the National Company of the Year award which was presented by Mark Ridley and won by SEGRO. LandAid was named as the charity of choice for the evening.
