Sberbank Rossii : sums up Retail Block results for 2014

December 24, 2014, Moscow - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank, Alexander Torbakhov, held a press conference where he announced the results of Sberbank's Retail Block in 2014.

Sberbank's total lending portfolio for individuals exceeded 4 trillion rubles as of December 1, 2014, an increase of 53% for the year. Sberbank's share of the home loan market reached 52.8%. The home loan portfolio reached 1,831 bln rubles (an increase of 37%), while the retail loans portfolio increased 14% for the year to 1,700 bln rubles and the credit card portfolio approached 407 bln rubles - growth of nearly 49% percent.

In 2014 the number of active Sberbank debit cards increased 9.6% to 86.8 mln, while the number of salary cards increased by 6% to 32.4 mln. The number of active credit cards increased to 14.4 mln during the year (growth of 18.6%).

Since November, 2013 Sberbank has raised 8,286 trln rubles in retail funds (an increase of 12.5%).

In 2014 Sberbank has continued to develop remote service channels for customers. The number of active users of internet banking "Sberbank Online" has exceeded 18 mln, while there are now more than 20 mln SMS-bank users.
