Sberbank Rossii : helps entrepreneurs receive electronic signature within five minutes

March 28, 2017, Moscow- From now on entrepreneurs can receive a full-fledged signature online within five minutes at Sberbank. This signature allows entrepreneurs to conduct a whole range of operations remotely. This service is available to users of Sberbank's internet bank for corporate clients.

"We constantly try to simplify procedures for entrepreneurs," said Anatoly Popov, Senior Vice-President of Sberbank. "We have improved yet another service for corporate clients, which will allow them to save time while getting an electronic signature. We can confidently say that there is nothing comparable to this service in terms of speed and simplicity on the market."

The updated service is a part of the E-Invoicing electronic document flow.

"Around 300,000 entrepreneurs actively use the electronic document flow in Sberbank's internet bank," said Sergey Vershkov, Head of Korus Consulting CIS LLC (a member of Sberbank Group), a developer of the E-Invoicing project. "We have made this service, which is important to entrepreneurs, quicker and more convenient. Now our clients can receive a full-fledged electronic signature not in 24 hours, as it was recently, but within five minutes."

In order to receive a full-fledged electronic signature, it is not necessary to visit a Sberbank office. It is enough to attach a scanned copy of a passport to the application, specify the insurance number of the individual account (SNILS), and send the application to the bank. Earlier clients had to attach a scanned copy of the SNILS to the application. The service is available for legal entities, and the bank is working actively to make it available to individual entrepreneurs as well.
