Shares of Rite Aid, however, fell 18.52% on the day of the announcement as the Company lowered its FY 2015 guidance. Rite Aid now expects adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1.200 billion and $1.275 billion, and net income in the range of $223.0 million and $333.0 million.
