The one-day thought leadership event will featuresessionsled by SDL executives, customers and industry experts on topics that address the most pressing Customer Experience (CX) challenges and key strategies for marketing, globalization and eCommerce.

SDL's executive team kicks off the event, with an introduction from CMO Paige O'Neill followed by an executive address from CEO Mark Lancaster, where he will share his visions for the future of both SDL and the CX industry. To help organizations master the art and science of CX, CTO Dennis van der Veeke will then be joined on stage by SDL customers to discuss the specific technologies needed to accelerate their customer-facing strategies. O'Neill will also moderate a session which will offer lessons from the trenches of CX, featuring real-world insights from leading brands including Aaron Suppel, senior manager of digital marketing platforms at American Express, and Simon Clark, ISV account director at Salesforce.com.

Several of these leading brands, such as Thomson Reuters, American Express, Accor and Systemax, will present during the event to share their CX transformation stories and lessons learned along the way. Attendees will also hear from Peter Fisk, founder and CEO of GeniusWorks, who will highlight companies and strategies that are beating the competition and transforming their industries in his session on 'Gamechangers CX: Reimagining Your Brand and Customer's Experience.'
