SDL Innovate 2015 Will See Top Australian Brands and CX Leaders Discuss Digital Experience, Customer Analytics and Language

SDL (LSE: SDL) today announced that its annual SDL Innovate conference will be held in Sydney at the Establishment Hotel on Tuesday 8th September. The free, one-day event will explore the latest trends in customer experience (CX) and feature sessions from SDL executives and customers. It will also provide a forum to discuss industry best practice and the future of CX and eCommerce.

SDL Founder and CEO Mark Lancaster is coming to SDL Innovate Sydney for the first time and will kick off the event by sharing his vision and predictions for the future of CX and how to ensure success in today's rapidly changing digital landscape. SDL CTO, Dennis van der Veeke will also be in attendance, presenting on how to master the art and science of CX. Attendees will also hear from SDL President, Customer Experience, Bernadette Nixon, and SDL ANZ General Manager, Kevin Ross.

SDL customers Jeanswest, Masters Home Improvement and Tourism New Zealand, along with partners eCargo and SapientNitro, will share their success stories. Having recently overhauled the company's online offering, Jeanswest eCommerce Project and Tech Development Manager, Megan Scott, will discuss how to take the art of merchandising online and deliver personalised experiences to improve conversion rates.

SDL ANZ General Manager, Kevin Ross said, "SDL Innovate is an opportunity to showcase CX best practice in Australia and create a forum to discuss further innovation."

"Today's consumers are faced with more choice than ever before, meaning good customer experience is crucial. With Innovate's second visit to Sydney, we look forward to discussing the ways brands can deliver against the promise of the full digital theatre," said Ross. At SDL Innovate Sydney, attendees will be able to network with industry peers and join sessions with SDL executives covering every aspect of CX - from campaigns, analytics and eCommerce to web, social media and language.
