SEATRIUM LIMITED Singapore, April 20, 2015: The Board of Directors of Sembcorp Marine Ltd (the "Company") would like to announce the following appointments with effect from 20 April 2015:
(a) The appointment of Mrs Gina Lee-Wan as an independent director of the Company. Mrs Lee-Wan will also be appointed as a member of the Board Risk Committee upon her appointment as a director of the Company.
(b) The appointment of Mr Tan Beng Hai as an independent director of the Company. Mr Tan will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee upon his appointment as a director of the Company.
A detailed announcement on each of Mrs Lee-Wan's and Mr Tan's appointments, pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, will be released separately via the SGXNET.
