SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Shougang Concord Grand (Group) Limited (the "Company"), trading in the shares of the Company has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 27 March

2015 pending the release of the announcement relating to (a) a connected transaction in respect of the proposed subscription of new shares by a connected person of the Company involving the application for whitewash waiver; (b) placing of new shares under specific mandate; (c) a major and connected transaction in respect of capital injection of equity interest in a subsidiary; and (d) a very substantial acquisition and continuing connected transaction in respect of a master facilities agreement entered into with a connected person of the Company.
