ASF Decision no. 517 / 25.04.2018

SIF Banat-Crișana informs the shareholders that, pursuant to the measures ordered by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) by Decision no. 517/25.04.2018, the Board of Directors of SIF Banat-Crișana will fulfil all formalities needed for the general meetings of shareholders convened for 26 (27).04.2018, so that the group of shareholders comprised of ARIS CAPITAL S.A., TORCH INVEST S.R.L. and SMART CAPITAL INVESTMENTS S.A., that ASF presumed to act in concert in relation to SIF Banat-Crișana may not exercise the voting rights attached to their holdings in violation of art. 286^1 par. (1) of Law no. 297/2004 as amended and supplemented.

The list of shareholders with suspended voting rights will be published on SIF Banat-Crișana's website,www.sif1.ro, in the Investor Relations section (sub-section General Meetings of Shareholders in 2018).
