Availability of SIF Banat-Crișana annual report for 2017

April 26, 2018, Arad | SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Annual Report of SIF Banat- Crișana, the separate and the consolidated financial statements for the year 2017, as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders, will be available for the public on Company's websitewww.sif1.ro, starting April 27, 2018, and in print at Company's headquarters.

The report is prepared pursuant to the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 and the CNVM Regulation no. 1/2006.
