TAICHUNG, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. ("SPIL" or "the Company")(Taiwan Stock Exchange: 2325, NASDAQ: SPIL) today announced sales revenue for September 2015: on a consolidated basis, sales revenue was NT$ 6,964 million, representing 3.7% sequential growth over August 2015. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for September 2015 decreased 4.0%.

On a consolidated basis, the Company's 3Q 2015 sales revenue were NT$ 20,030 million, representing 5.7% sequential decline over 2Q 2015. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for 3Q 2015 decreased 7.5%.

The Company is expected to release third quarter unaudited consolidated numbers on Oct 6, and will separately arrange call to discuss fourth quarter outlook in the end of Oct.
