Taichung, Taiwan, Jan 5, 2015─Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. ("SPIL" or "the Company")(Taiwan Stock Exchange: 2325, NASDAQ: SPIL) today announced sales revenue for Dec 2014: on a consolidated basis, sales revenue was NT$ 6,845 million, representing 5.0% sequential decline over Nov 2014. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for December 2014 increased 12.4%.
On a consolidated basis, the Company's 4Q 2014 sales revenue were NT$ 21,431 million, representing 1.0% sequential decline over 3Q 2014. On a year-over-year basis, sales revenue for 4Q 2014 increased 13.7 %.

On a consolidated basis, the Company's 2014 full-year sales revenue were NT$ 83,071 million, representing 19.8% sequential growth compared with the same period of year 2013. Sales Report (NT$ million)
