SIRONA DENTAL SYSTEMS, INC. The new inLab SW 15.0 has been available to order since October 1, 2015. With enhanced performance, greater user comfort and more flexible application options, the new CAD/CAM software is geared towards user requirements in the dental lab. Bensheim/Salzburg. The new inLab SW 15.0 software now not only offers additional indications with optimized design processes and a user-friendly interface. It also opens up more possibilities to dental technicians. As a standalone CAD component, it works independently of the scanner or production unit and is therefore open for STL integration in existing CAD/CAM equipment from other providers. The laboratory decides for which indications the inLab software is used. The combination of the new modular design and the simple license concept guarantees a high level of cost transparency - for needs-based CAD design.
Most of the daily challenges are covered with the basic module for EUR 3,000. For the first time, the package also includes the new jaw-oriented biogeneric setting (J.O.B.S), classic dental databases, virtual placement of several superimposed restoration levels and an independent gingival tool. As an optional extra, the laboratory can also select the implantology module (EUR 1,000), the removable dental prosthesis module (EUR 1,000) or the interface module (EUR 3,000). The latter allows integration into almost any existing CAD/CAM equipment. The inLab CAM license for operating the inLab production units is delivered separately with inLab MC X5 and inLab MC XL units. All quoted prices are according to the Sirona price list.
With the simplified inLab software license concept, the previous counting dongles are no longer required and the user also remains free in future to choose when to add an available update - no required updates, no expiry date, no annual license fee.
