    MOSCOW, Russia - July 23, 2012 - JSC SITRONICS ("SITRONICS" or "the Company") (LSE: SITR), a leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, today announces that the Board of Directors made the following changes to the Executive Board of the Company: Maria Yurgelas was included into the Executive Board instead of Vladimir Yasinsky. While retaining its position as General Director of "SITRONICS IT", Maria Yurgelas will lead not only Russian business line, but also company's office in Ukraine.

    Also the Board of Directors approved the candidacy of Yevgeniy Maksimenko as vice-president of Sales for JSC SITRONICS.

    In addition, the Board of Directors approved the related party transaction.
