The National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM) proudly announces that its Board of Directors, at meetings held on May 8, 2018, approved the addition of two new Alliance Partners: SLM Solutions North America, Inc., and Tronix, LLC.
"In order to continue to advance manufacturing technologies throughout the defense industry, collaboration and innovation must remain at the forefront of NCDMM's methodology," said Ralph Resnick, NCDMM President and Executive Director. "Growing our Alliance Partner network with organizations leading in their respective fields enables us to successfully and consistently assemble multidisciplinary teams based on trust and a shared goal of developing the best solution for our defense customers. We proudly welcome SLM Solutions NA and Tronix into our Alliance Partner network."
Based in Wixom, Mich., SLM Solutions North America, a subsidiary of SLM Solutions Group AG, opened its U.S. operations in 2012. SLM Solutions NA, Inc., is a leading provider of powder bed fusion machinery and applications development for manufacturing production for metal prototypes and manufacturing production and training for selective laser melting technologies.
