New main shareholder for SnowWorld

SnowWorld N.V. has been informed today by Alychlo N.V. and main shareholder J.H.M. Hendriks Beheermaatschappij B.V. (the company of founder and CEO Koos Hendriks) that an agreement has been achieved regarding the acquisition of 40 percent of the shares SnowWorld by Alychlo of Hendriks Beheermaatschappij. SnowWorld has been informed that the transaction price amounts 9.50 euro per share and that the effective transfer of the shares will take place after consultation with SnowWorlds home banker. Alychlo kept already an interest in SnowWorld of 24 percent and by this transaction it acquires a majority interest of 64%. Alychlo has indicated that it is aware of the Dutch regulations on a compulsory public offer for the remaining outstanding shares. Koos Hendriks has indicated in principle until 1 March 2018 to be available to continue to carry out the function of CEO, and then as a consultant.
