The appointment of the General Manager, the Deputy General Managers and the Financial Manager of SN Nuclearelectrica SA for a provisional period of 4 months starting with May 4th2018

Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica S.A. ("SNN") informs the shareholders and investors that during the meeting of 25.04.2018, the Board of Directors of SNN appointed, as per Decision no. 63/25.04.2018, the General Manager, the Deputy General Managers and the Financial Manager of the company, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions until the completion of the selection procedure for the administrative and executive management on the basis of the provisions of OUG 109/2011, as follows:

• 1. Mr. Cosmin Ghita, as General Manager for a provisional period of 4 months, starting with 04.05.2018;

• 2. Mr. Dan Laurentiu Tudor, as Deputy General Manager, responsible for the coordination of public procurement, legal activities, corporate affairs and human resources policies and strategies, for a provisional period of 4 months, starting with 04.05.2018;

• 3. Mr. Viorel-Lary Toni, as Deputy General Manager, responsible for the coordination of the investment projects development activities and energy trade income activities, provisional period of 4 months, starting with 04.05.2018;

• 4. Mr. Adrian Gabriel Dumitriu, as Financial Manager, provisional period of 4 months, starting with 04.05.2018;

The appointments are made at the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee within the Board of Directors, as per the provisions of art. 20 paragraph 2 letter c) and art. 21 paragraph 1 of the company's Article of Incorporation, art. 35 paragraph 1 and art. 642paragraph 1 of OUG 109/2011 as subsequently amended and with the provisions of art. 143 paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Law 31/1990 regarding companies.
