ASX RELEASE Friday, 23 June 2017 SPARK INFRASTRUCTURE APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICERSpark Infrastructure today announces the appointment of Mr Nick Schiffer as its new Chief Financial Officer, who will commence in the role on 17 July 2017.
"I am delighted to announce that Nick has agreed to accept the role of CFO of Spark Infrastructure. Nick is a highly experienced finance executive with demonstrated leadership across the energy, utilities, renewables and infrastructure sectors. He brings a wealth of strategic and corporate finance experience developed over a 22 year career as a senior investment banking professional, most recently with Credit Suisse." said Mr Rick Francis, Managing Director of Spark Infrastructure.
"Nick has a deep understanding of debt and equity markets, with active experience across capital management, treasury and taxation. Nick's executional excellence across a range of sectors and transactions, together with his experience in investor relationships and management, will further broaden and deepen the expertise of the Spark Infrastructure team", he added.
Spark Infrastructure undertook an extensive external recruitment process for the position of Chief Financial Officer. A short biography of Mr Schiffer is set out below.

Prior to joining Spark Infrastructure he served in the role of Managing Director at Credit Suisse, with responsibility for investment banking within the energy, transport and general infrastructure sectors.
He has been a key advisor to a range of Australian and global investors on dozens of projects involving Australian infrastructure and utilities businesses and possesses a deep understanding of these sectors and their key drivers and operating environments.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from Bond University, and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Melbourne.
