So you're getting into yoga - you're learning the flows, starting to nail the poses and are even getting into pranayama breathing. But one thing you're still unsure of is what kit you should wear to each class. Maybe your top keeps getting in the way of your asanas during Vinyasa or you can't seem to wick away the moisture during Bikram. We've put together a guide to help you achieve flawless yoga style three different practices - Vinyasa, Bikrim and Hatha.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is all about the flow from one pose to the next without stopping. In this practice, you'll be moving from one body position to the next, so avoiding loose clothing that hangs. We recommend pairing our Studio Cross Back Bra with our Studio Cardigan to ensure you get the movement and flexibility that you need.

Bikrim

The Bikrim formula is simple, but tough: 90 minutes, 26 postures, 40°, 40% humidity. This means you'll be sweating, a lot. You'll want to avoid anything that's too tight, which can feel quite constricting with the heat and humidity. We recommend our Studio Elastic Vest, which is light, breathable and moisture wicking. You'll also need plenty of water so don't forget your water bottle.

Hatha

Hatha yoga is a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. You probably won't work up much of a sweat but will leave class feeling more flexible and relaxed. This means you can opt for a more comfortable outfit. We recommend our Studio T-shirt and Studio Soft Rib Joggers.
