Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that Catherine Jane Keers will join the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today. The Board considers Ms Keers to be independent. Ms Keers is not interested in the Company's shares.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules, Ms Keers is currently a director of Home Retail Group PLC and Royal Mail PLC. The Company has no further information to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in respect of the appointment.
