DISCLOSURE OF THE KID - "KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENT" REGARDING THE WARRANT

TAMBURI 2015-2020 PURSUANT TO THE REGULATION EU N. 1286/2014

("TIP" - MI) independent and diversified investment / merchant bank listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana announces that, pursuant to the Regulation EU n. 1286/2014 and the related implementing rules, the KID (Key Information Document) related to the Warrant Tamburi 2015-2020 was published today on the web site of the company(www.tipspa.it)in the section dedicated to the above mentioned warrants.

TIP reserves to integrate and or amend the KID published also on the basis of any future guidelines that would be published by the relevant Authority.
