Jim Connolly to Expand Leadership Role at TCP

(Aurora, Ohio, July 16, 2015) - Technical Consumer Products, Inc. (TCP), a leader in energy efficient lighting solutions, announces today that Jim Connolly will be assuming full responsibility over all Retail accounts in both North and South America with a new title of Senior Vice President - Retail Americas. This role includes existing customers such as The Home Depot, Walmart, Carrefour and several regional
chains. In addition to his Retail responsibilities, Connolly will also lead TCP's Utility team that is responsible for executing utility funded promotions of energy efficient lighting in the US.

"I am excited about this expanded role within TCP," said Connolly. "I look forward to accelerating our growth in South America in addition to
expanding our utility relationships."

Jim has been with TCP for six years and has more than thirty years of experience in the lighting industry. He was previously the General Manager of Consumer Sales for GE Lighting, a division of GE Consumer Products that sold light bulbs and electrical accessories to all
channels of retail distribution.

Jim is a 1982 graduate of Niagara University. He has participated in several different lighting industry and retail industry advisory boards. Jim and his wife Mary reside in Aurora, Ohio.
