Signature of a liquidity contract

On 14 February 2011 and for a period of 12 months, with automatic annual renewal, tekka (FR0010999425, ALTKA), which designs, manufactures and sells innovative medical devices for use in Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Orthodontics and Dental Implants, signed a liquidity contract with Bryan, Garnier & Co for its ordinary shares, listed on Alternext by NYSE Euronext Paris. This contract is compliant with governance standards established by the French association of financial markets AMAFI and approved by the French stock exchange authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).
Under the terms of this contract, the Company allotted €1,600,000 to the liquidity account.
