SHARE AWARDS
Telecity Group PLC ("TelecityGroup" or the "Company") announces that its Chief Executive Officer and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") were yesterday granted the following Share Awards over ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company ("Shares") .
Performance Share Awards
Performance share awards were granted under The Telecity Group PLC Long-Term Incentive Plan 2012 (the "LTIP") over the Company's Shares as follows:-

In terms of LTIP, these awards generally vest over three years subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions.
Deferred Bonus Shares
Deferred Bonus Shares relating to performance related annual bonuses earned for 2013 were granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Bonus Plan") as follows:-

The numbers of Deferred Bonus Shares granted are equivalent to the relevant amount of annual bonus earned calculated on the basis of the average price of the Company's Shares for the five trading days prior to the date of grant. Subject to the rules of the Bonus Plan, these Deferred Bonus Shares vest two years from the date the Company's announcement of preliminary results issued on 12 February 2014.
