Distribution of interim dividendTERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the Investors that the Board of Directors of the Company decided on 27 November 2017 the distribution of an interim dividend amounting to EUR 0,04 per share for the fiscal year 2017. This amount is subject to 15% tax withholding pursuant to paragraph 11 of article 112 of law 4387/2016, as amended and currently in force.
The payment of the interim dividend will be effected at least twenty (20) days after completion of the announcements and formalities of codified law 2190/1920. A new announcement will follow regarding the record date for the interim dividend as well as the date of payment thereof.
