Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of the securities of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE:TEVA) from November 15, 2016 through August 2, 2017, inclusive (the “Class Period”) of the important October 23, 2017 deadline in the class action. The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for Teva investors under the federal securities laws.

According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that the poor performance of Teva’s U.S. generics business resulted in Teva’s recording a goodwill impairment charge related to the acquisition of Actavis Generics and was a key factor in cutting Teva’s dividend by 75%. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
