Dow (NYSE: Dow) has launched a Polish language website to serve as a source of information about the company for local stakeholders. The new site will promote and raise awareness of Dow in Poland, provide information about the company's presence and products in the country and share both local and global success stories of which Dow is most proud.

"Poland is one of the greatest sources of sales revenue for Dow in Central Europe and this local website will allow us to be even more accessible to our customers, to attract a talented workforce, and to further educate investors and other key stakeholders about our business."

The website will serve as a tool to find information about applications and Dow products that are available in Poland. All relevant news, press releases and other business updates will also be available to help strengthen the Dow brand in Poland. Thanks to this new website, investors, potential customers, distributors and business partners, as well as local community, public and governmental organizations and institutions will be able to learn more about Dow and to contact us more easily.

Dow has more than 120 employees in Poland and operates a business office in Warsaw and a Polyurethane System House Service Center for customer support in Łazy (10 km outside Warsaw). In 2009, a joint venture manufacturing facility of SKC Haas JV for the production of electronic materials was opened in Dzierżoniów, in the south east of Poland, near the border with the Czech Republic.
