Ticino del Peru SA (BTicino) is Peru-based company primarily engaged in the import, distribution and sale of electrical products under the Bticino trademark. The Company's products portfolio comprises a variety of articles used in electrical installations, electric distribution switchboards, automated electrical wiring, electric outlets, sockets, switches and energy saving devices, as well as intercoms and video answering devices, among others. The Company's products are marketed under such brands as Wall Stopper, Interlink, Interlink Office, BTDIN, Megatiker, Megabreak, Multi A System, Axolute, Living and Light, Matix, Magic, Modus Plus, Domino Avant and Oval. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's majority shareholder was BTicino SpA, which in turn was an affiliate of Legrand SA.
