subsidiary in Singapore, which will be utilised for, inter
alia, investment holding purpose:

Activity : Investment Holding
Issued and Paid-up Share Capital : S$1.00 comprising one (1)
ordinary share
The Incorporation will not result in any material impact on
the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of
the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial
year ending 31
March 2013.
None of the directors or the controlling shareholders of the
Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the
abovementioned transaction save for their shareholdings in
the Company.
