Revenue increased 66.7% YoY to $860.4 million. Net income stood at $65.2 million or $0.35 per diluted share, compared to $24.7 million or $0.14 per diluted share in Q2 FY 2013. The Company stated that at the end of the quarter, backlog stood at $3.21 billion and 4,324 units, compared to $2.53 billion and 3,655 units at the end of Q2 FY 2013. Toll Brothers also reported that it ended the quarter with approximately 50,400 lots owned and optioned compared to 51,200 over the previous quarter and 45,200 lots in Q2 FY 2013. According to Douglas C. Yearley, Jr., Toll Brothers' CEO, in FY 2014 the Company expects to deliver between 5,100 and 5,850 homes.
