FY2017 First Six Months / Full Year Forecasts - Highlights-Revenue ¥26.3billion (down 14.0 % yr/yr), Operating profit ¥6.2 billion (down 18.7%yr/yr) and Profit for the period ¥3.9 billion (down 17.1% yr/yr).

In the first six months ended 31 May, 2016 sales of two income-generating commercial facilities led the profit. For that reason, profit for the first six months ended 31 May, 2017 decreased year on year. However, we have already reached 66% of the full year forecast due to the sales of income- generating offices in the revitalization business was favorable.
