TSYS completes PRIME implementation in Mexico

COLUMBUS, Ga., U.S., and Le GUANAJUATO, México, 28 Oct., 2015 - TSYS (NYSE: TSS) today announced that Banco del Bajío, S.A., one of the top 10 banks in Mexico, has gone live with its licensed PRIME solution.

Banco del Bajío has deployed PRIME within its dedicated card services center to manage its credit and private label card portfolios, along with its loyalty and installment programs, in-house on the single-platform PRIME solution. The implementation was completed earlier this year after a 12 month project following the signing of the software licensing agreement in 2014.

'Banco del Bajío and TSYS have worked well together as a team. TSYS has provided a good combination of local and off-site support to deliver our new solution, and they have proven that they have the right people to support the implementation and conversion stages to surround the go-live of the robust PRIME 4 platform,' said Dietter Enriquez, head of Credit Cards, Banco del Bajío. 'Now, Banco del Bajío enters a new era in payments where we are empowered to offer new products and services with seamless integration into other platforms through open technologies - that are one of the multiple strengths of PRIME.'

'Mexico continues to be an exciting market for TSYS. As a leading global payments solutions provider, we are well-positioned to provide reliable solutions that add greater value to our clients' customers in Mexico and the Latin American and Caribbean region as a whole,' said Jaffar Agha-Jaffar, managing director of PRIME Licensing, TSYS International.

PRIME 4 is a powerful and flexible cards and payments solution with a proven footprint across 70 countries. It is PCI-compliant and supports issuing and acquiring as a single-platform, licensable solution with a range of value added services, including intelligent behavioral analytics, portfolio management and fraud and risk analytics.
