Trading Update and Notice of Half-Year Results

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist engineering group focused on the aerospace & defence and energy & process industry sectors, announces that Interim Results for the half-year ended 30th June 2015 will be announced on Tuesday 15th September 2015.

The Group expects to continue reducing losses and to deliver a full-year performance in line with market expectations.

Further details of trading and progress against strategy will be provided as a commentary with the results.

The Company is focused on delivering mission, business and safety critical services and solutions across defense and aerospace sectors. The Company operates through two segments: TPG Maritime and TPG Services. The Company's TPG Maritime segment includes life support systems business. The TPG Services business segment provides specialist services to enable its clients to transform their enterprise and evolve their systems and services. It designs, develops and manufactures atmosphere management and life support systems for submarines and other critical applications, which include oxygen generating equipment, carbon dioxide removal equipment, and hydrogen elimination and management equipment. Its life support services include front end engineering design, reliability engineering, maintenance planning and support, spare parts supply, obsolescence management, refurbishment services and maintainability engineering.
