BRENTWOOD, TN--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2014) - Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, today announced that Lee Downing has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Store Operations, effective April 14, 2014. In conjunction with his promotion, Lee will assume added leadership responsibilities for the Company's Real Estate team.

In addition to leading the store operations and store support administration teams, Mr. Downing will be responsible for the strategic new store site selection, facilitation of store openings and ongoing maintenance, in addition to other real estate functions. Mr. Downing joined Tractor Supply Company in October 2010 as Senior Vice President, Store Operations.
