TravelCenters of America LLC (TravelCenters), operator of the TA® and Petro Stopping Centers® travel center brands, is honoring professional drivers during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (NTDAW) by teaming up with the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) for the fourth consecutive year to host health fairs. Events will be held at 15 TA and Petro locations on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014, from 3-6 p.m.

The health fairs will include health care professionals conducting blood-pressure screenings and glucose testing. Other activities will vary by location, such as cornhole, basketball, dog washing, pet adoption, live bands, truck windshield washing, and more. Sleep apnea specialists and fitness coaches also will be at some locations. Wellness walks will take place from 6-7 p.m. at some of the events.
