On 9 March 2015 Troy Income & Growth Trust plc issued 300,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from its blocklisting facility at a price of 70.40 pence per share.
Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 5,786,600 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility.
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 249,667,445 Ordinary shares, and there are no shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Troy Income & Growth Trust plc is 249,667,445.
The above figure (249,667,445) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Troy Income & Growth Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
