Dividend Declaration

The Board of Troy Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 0.65p per share (2016 - 0.60p per share) in respect of the year to 30 September 2017 payable on 28 July 2017 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 July 2017.

This third interim dividend represents an 8.3% increase on the corresponding dividend paid in respect of the year to 30 September 2016. As previously announced and as in previous years, it is the Board's intention to consider the final quarterly dividend before the financial year end of 30 September 2017. Barring unforeseen circumstances this will be at least at the current rate of 0.65p per share.
