Trust Holdings Limited (THL) is a Zimbabwe-based company. In October 2006, TN FINANCIAL Services acquired a 75% shareholding in TrustFin, the Company's leasing business. THL retained the remaining 25% in TrustFin. TrustFin's business includes the provision of leasing finance, premium finance, structured finance and private banking. The Company owns 15% of First Mutual Limited (FML). THL also has a stake in Tristar Insurance, which is a joint venture with FML.
