TT Hellenic Postbank commemorates the Worlds Savings Day

With activities and events to be held during the whole month, TT Hellenic Postbank is celebrating the World Savings Day (31 October 2011) and saves money on account of its customers! The entire month of October becomes a “thrift month” and takes on new meaning for the bank that has established and incorporated this institution in the core of its existence since 1936.

Every branch of the Hellenic Postbank network is celebrating and welcomes all of you to visit, from today till the end of the month, with the keynote «It’s… 50 of the month!»

Those who open a Savings account during the month of October, with a minimum deposit of €50, come into the draw process*. In early November, the draw will give 300 lucky account holders, who will be paid by the Bank €50 per month for one year in their accounts.

For, this year, TT Hellenic Postbank is helping customers put aside money.

Accounts can be opened both in the branch network of Hellenic Postbank and Hellenic Post Offices all over Greece.

The celebrations will culminate on October 31 (World Savings Day). Once more, the Branch Managers will visit schools and hand out penny banks to students, communicating the value of saving, through a fairy tale.

Recognizing that putting aside is a conscious action, Hellenic Postbank, amidst difficult times, conveys the true message of this day, so that everyone can afford to save money.
