The reputable financial news agency FinClub has named Ukrsotsbank №1 in Ukraine in the nomination 'Serving individuals in branches'. The award was announced during the Thursday night ceremony of presenting the results of the annual reputational rating '50 leading Ukrainian banks'.

'The high quality of service has always been priority for our bank. Certainly we are very pleased that our efforts have received such a high recognition. And it is especially valuable to receive the award within the rating of '50 leading Ukrainian banks' - the most complete and expert assessment of the banking market,' commented the director of the retail business center of Ukrsotsbank Arthur Atanov. - Our team counts 1757 employees and 322 more involved in sales support, product development, etc. This award is the achievements of each of them. I am very proud of my team and I am confident that we can - and we will - show the same perfection in the future. Not in order to get another diploma, but for the customers to feel comfortable with us. That's the key point'.

In addition, Ukrsotsbank has also made it to the top-5 leading banks in terms of the number of branches with its 263 offices throughout Ukraine.

The rating of '50 leading Ukrainian banks' is the most comprehensive study of the financial sector of the country. To compile the rating, more than 120 indicators were analyzed, both from financial statements of banks and specific questionnaires. When forming the rating, the indicators of the current activity of banks and the ownership structure with data on shareholders were taken into account. In addition to numerical indicators, each bank received additional assessments from leading financial experts in the Ukrainian market, which makes it possible to make the research as objective and accurate as possible.

NOTE

Ukrsotsbank is one of the largest universal banks of Ukraine, operating in the local market since 1990. The bank offers full range of services to individuals and corporate clients.

The renovated Ukrsotsbank emerged on 31 October 2016 as a result of strategic deal whereby 99.9% of Ukrsotsbank shares have been transferred from UniCredit Group to ABH Holdings S.A. (АВНН) in exchange for a minority 9.9% stake in ABHH. Thus, the bank has combined 26-year-old traditions of Ukrsotsbank's client-centric attitude, European quality of service inherent to UniCredit, as well as international banking expertise of ABHH in a number of European countries including CIS. Thanks to the successful synthesis and synergy of the two assets of ABHH in Ukraine, Ukrsotsbank and Alfa-Bank, the banking market of Ukraine will see the rise of a new stronger financial institution. This, in turn, will spur up technological advance, increase efficiency, improve quality of service for the clients, reduce cost of banking services whereas their range will inevitably expand.

The extensive retail network of Ukrsotsbank consists of 237 branches, its headcount reaching nearly 5 thousand employees.
