Ultrasis, the leading provider of cognitive behavioral therapy for stress and mild to moderate depression, is pleased to announce that its US joint venture, U2 Interactive has secured a new contract with Park Center Inc, an Indiana based Community Mental Health Service Provider.

Paul Wilson, CEO of Park Center, said "We are delighted to be partnering with U2 Interactive to make Beating the Blues available within our services. With Beating the Blues we have found an affordable, evidence based and innovative solution that will empower clients to take a more active role in managing their overall health by treating their depression and anxiety. In addition to using this tool with traditional clients coming to our site for services, we will use Beating the Blues as key resource for Care Coaches imbedded in primary care offices and it will also be the cornerstone of a public billboard campaign to promote awareness of depression and anxiety. With advances in technology, integration efforts with primary care and cuts to mental health funding, it is important to look for quality treatment options that are also cost effective. Beating the Blues is all that. Park Center values the scientific research behind Beating the Blues and anticipates our clients will achieve positive outcomes with this exciting patient centered approach to care."

John Smith, Chief Operating Officer at U2 Interactive and Chief Executive at Ultrasis, said "We are very excited at the opportunity to work with the team at Park Center. They bring the kind of professionalism, vision and approach that will ensure the successful implementation of Beating the Blues. With increasing pressure on budgets and the need to demonstrate measurable outcomes we believe that Beating the Blues will add significant value to their high quality services. Now that Beating the Blues has been recognised in the US by National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP).
