Izhorskiye Zavody, part of OMZ Group, started shipment of the first stage hydrotreatment reactor 3-R2001 and the second stage hydrotreater 3-R2002 to JSC Syzran Refinery, part of Rosneft Oil Company.

Reactor equipment was manufactured in line with the contract signed with Izhorskiye Zavody in 2012.

Hydrotreatment reactors for Syzran Refinery represent 31 meters high vessels and 6 meters across diameter, each reactor weighs nearly 600 tons.

The developer and license grantor of the base project for Syzran Refinery was the French company Axens.

Shipment of the vessels to Syzran Refinery is the final stage of Izhorskiye Zavody production program 2013. Earlier in October Izhorskiye Zavody shipped to the customers by water four petrochemical vessels: reactor of vacuum gasoil hydrocracking R-101 and hydrotreatment reactor R-201 for Nobokuibyshevsk Refinery; and first stage hydrotreatment reactor 3-R2001andsecond stage hydrotreatment reactor 3-R2002forKuibyshevsk Refinery. One of the vessels, reactor of vacuum gasoil hydrocracking R-101 for Nobokuibyshevsk Refinery, is 45 meters high, which makes it unique in the history of Izhorskiye Zavody. For the first time Izhorskiye Zavody manufactured and shipped such massive product.
